YES. Our EPBX is a Matrix-Partner system and has many advanced features.
Do you have facilities for videoconference?
Yes, we frequently use WebEx, Go-To-Meeting and Skype to speak with our customers. We understand that many complex projects require close interaction with your team and we use these tools for on-line interaction and collaboration.
Internet connection reliability! Please describe hot-standby and backup in case of failure of one connectivity medium.
Since we have multiple methods of connectivity, there are at least TWO lines live on 24 hrs basis.
Utility mains reliability or back-up power capability.
In case of power failure, our master UPS takes over automatically. Additional backup support is provided through 62 KVA Diesel generators.
What sort of firewall and Intrusion detection system do you use?
MS-ISA Server is installed in our server and acts as the firewall and intrusion detection system.

Yes. We accept the following art file formats: PSD, TIFF, EPS, BMP, PNG, JPEG, GIFF, etc.
Do you work with style manuals developed by individual publishers?
